The Beginning
- In 2009, YES Solutions, LLC was founded by Karla Nelson. Karla began her career in the transportation industry in 1994 at RoadRunner, a same-day courier, based out of St. Paul MN. Karla was known for her excellent customer service. Many of the daily customers would request her to handle their issues, because they know she cared and knew if expectations fell short, she would have a solution to make it right. This great service was not unique to her, it was just in her view, the way to treat people. She went on to work at Transport Express where she learned the ins and outs of over the road trucking. This unique background in both the same day courier industry, and over the road trucking has made our company have different solutions than most trucking companies, YES Solutions, LLC's top priority is still Superior Service!
